Most projects fail in the implementation, not in the plan.
Faculty puts former Senior Executives alongside your leadership team, not instead of it, for as long as the work needs. People who have taken change through an organisation before and know what it takes to get it done.
Get in touchAbout
Experience, brought in where it matters.
Faculty is a platform of former Senior Executives with 20+ years of leadership experience from listed and large privately held companies across the Nordics and Europe. People who have led, transformed and delivered the work they now bring into your situation, having sat in the seat themselves and carried the responsibility for the outcome. What they bring is not the plan. It is what it takes to get the plan implemented.
We bring experience into the moments where it matters, and we leave when the work is done. No 300-page decks. No juniors on the team.
When the situation calls for it, Faculty comes as a small team, assembled for the engagement and working on it together. In other cases it can be an individual, shaped to what the work actually requires. Members are matched to the situation, not assigned from a bench.
This is not an interim or fractional arrangement. Nobody is placed in your organisation and nobody is given a title on your org chart. The leadership team keeps the job, and Faculty makes it easier to do.
Faculty does not publish its members. The competence catalogue, with each member's leadership background and the situations they have worked in, is shared with executive teams and funds on request.

Why Faculty
The return is won or lost in the implementation.
Significant projects and transformations rarely fail for lack of analysis or a plan. They lose their return in the implementation: in the sequencing, in the decisions that never get taken, and in the parts of the organisation that quietly do something other than what was agreed.
Faculty members have run that part before, carrying the responsibility for the outcome with a board and owners to answer to. They understand governance from the inside: how decisions are actually made, the political dynamics, the competing interests, and the unspoken constraints that determine whether a decision lands or stalls.
They know the difference between what an organisation agrees to and what it actually does. That gap is where the return is won or lost.
They know where a change will run aground before it does, and they have the standing to say so to the people who can move it.
Who we work with
Mid-market companies, and the private equity funds and family offices that back them.

Executive teams and owners
- A transformation or a major project that has stopped moving
- The first hundred days of a new chief executive
- A generational handover
- A leadership team that is thin in one specific area
- A performance problem where the reasons are not yet clear
Faculty is a way to put someone who has done this before next to the person who has to do it now.

Private equity and family offices
- A read on leadership capacity and operating conditions before an acquisition
- The first months under a new ownership structure
- A carve-out or an integration
- A portfolio company under pressure where the reasons are not yet clear
- Preparation for exit
Faculty is a way to apply senior operating experience across a portfolio without building permanent structures.
How we work
No fixed methodology. No standard deliverables. Faculty works close to ownership and leadership, with direct access and full discretion.
Teams are built around four dimensions, each anchored by someone who has carried that responsibility at scale. We call it POST.
People
Leadership conditions and team readiness.
Objectives
Strategic intent and priorities.
Strategy
Direction, alignment and key decisions.
Technology
Capabilities that support the agenda.
This is how Faculty reads a situation and composes the team. It is not a method anyone is asked to adopt.
Engagements
Diagnose & Direction
2–4 weeks · Fixed fee
Most engagements start with this short diagnostic. Where the situation is already clear, Faculty can be engaged directly.
It gives an honest picture of where the business stands, what needs attention, and what it will take to act on it. The work happens through direct dialogue, without surveys or data dumps.
If something significant surfaces, Faculty continues: either with support to get a specific piece of work implemented, or with support close to the leadership team for a period. If not, the team says so and leaves.

Our story
Academy is the foundation. Faculty is the activation.
Faculty grew out of Academy, an executive leadership network with more than 250 senior leaders across the Nordic business community. The pattern that led to Faculty surfaced there. Leaders were not short on insight or perspective. They were short on places where experience could be activated when it truly mattered.
Faculty is a separate company, with its own mandate, its own membership and its own accountability to clients.
